What is coaching?
A coach’s role is to partner with you to help motivate and inspire you to identify and achieve your goals, whatever they may be. The coaching process, when implemented with neuroscience, is designed to ensure you are following the right goals for you, and that you will achieve sustained results. You may look for a coach when you feel stuck in a rut, or find yourself unable to achieve your vision or a specific goal. Sometimes coaches are sought out to help you find a deeper meaning, fulfilment or your real purpose in life. You will discover how much potential you have, how driven you can be and how powerful your mind is in just a few sessions.
People often ask how coaching differs from therapy; coaching will help understand where you are today and set you up for success in the future, whilst therapy will often reflect deeper into the past.
So why combine coaching with neuroscience?
Understanding how our brains work and how we build belief systems (often self limiting ones) even as early as childhood, is critical to unlocking our potential. We are often held back from true success due to having another’s beliefs or values imposed onto us. We can lack confidence, or conviction to accomplish what deep down we know we can achieve as a result. Our brains like habits, and will often repeat the same limiting patterns of behaviour therefore not getting the results in life we had hoped for.
Choosing a Coach with an in depth understanding of Neuroscience therefore is critical in building new habits as well as creating and maintaining strong self belief. Also, for finding out what you truly value and what goals will set you up for long term success.
